Value: £13M – 5 Phases Mechanical Fit out & Electrical Basement Works
Overview: The Riverlight Project involves the inernal fit out of high end apartments based on The River Thames, adjacent to the Battersea Power Station.
Mechanical Fit out
After securing the mechanical fit out on Phase 1, we continued to work with St James and were awarded phase after phase of the project which is a clear cut sign of our experience, dedication and ability to perform above and beyond on a high quality site.
“We achieved our first 30 CML certificates for block C. This is an incredible achievement to everyone. It’s also worth mentioning that the other remaining cores are comfortably ahead of program with core 1 at 31 weeks ahead of program. This demonstrates your commitment to achieve by working as a team”
– Wade Rasmussen Project Manager
Parker Bromley secured another multimillion pound contract for the complete electrical data, fire, security, access control and infrastructure package for the Riverlight site.
During works on site, our Projects team assembled strategies to push the project ahead of schedule, completing the works in April 2014. Due to the tight project programme, the project team have prefabricated off site as much as possible so cutting down valuable installation times.
