Overview: Parker Bromley was contracted to take on the shell & core and fit out for the units, providing our excellent service and experience. Through our various talks and alternative options we offered, savings on the project of nearly £100,000 were made by Berkeley.

Despite revisions being made to the programme through the project, Parker Bromley remained on schedule and finished well within the allotted time.

We came across problems with Sanitry ware delivery to site, namely the wrong items or incorrect quantities being delivered from our supplier but we overcame this by utilising our full supply chain and spreading our orders over two very keen distributors meaning we kept on track throughout.
