The whole building is served by a basement plant room which consists of two large gas fired boliers, calorifiers, pumps, pressurisation unit, booster water set, BMS control panel (building management system), expansion vessels, water filter and water conditioner. In total 7 groups of pipe risers distribute the mechanical services around the entire building.

Then within each apartment there are individual heat stations (containing a plate heat exchanger unit) that generate the hot water. All sanitary ware, fittings and drainage systems have been installed along with extraction fans for ventilation to both bathrooms and kitchens.
